We (Developers Alliance) are a white-label umbrella eCommerce development agency from Tbilisi, Georgia with business development representatives based in London, UK. Ideal Profile

We are looking for an independent business development specialist of an entrepreneurial character like you who already has a well-established business network or is willing to build relevant connections.

You would be expected to clearly identify potential client requirements, address them with relevant cost-effective solutions, and negotiate throughout the onboarding process whilst working with a client.

Ideally, you would aim to deliver great value to your client thus turning them into a long-term account. If you are in sales and business development, you probably have heard of quantiles and customer segmentation, and the truth is that only 10% (or less) of customers bring the most revenue home. The focus here is to take good care of your key accounts by delivering value to them long-term which will result in a rewarding recurring commission for your efforts.

Having delivered a successful one-off project or established a long-term relationship with a client you will have the potential to expand your network by asking for new client introductions to those who have benefitted from your services. We believe that it takes more of your interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate well in order to land 5, 6 or 7-figure contracts. We believe in you as a person and working with us and our main UK representative will pave a collaborative work ahead.

Your expectations will be met as follows:

  1. We will provide you with a work email, potential target client data, a CRM access.
  2. We look forward to setting up a co-working space for the business development team members in London (to start with) to create an even more powerful team together after we have mutually scored a number of successful projects.
  3. At the right time, the best performers may be given an option for a fixed salary, no matter the location (subject to project success rate and revenue brought home).
