When People Puzzles join your team, you get the expertise of a complete HR department for a fraction of the cost. Our clients have full access to a huge range of HR specialisms — even though they are only working with one member of our team. This collaborative, skill-sharing process is key to our approach.
People Puzzles provide highly experienced People Directors who deliver business transformation. Our People Directors work flexibly as part of your team, usually 3-8 days per month, to find straightforward solutions to your people puzzles both strategic and operational, for a fraction of the cost of a full-timer.

We work with mid-tier SMEs (£5 – £50m turnover/30-300 FTE). Our entrepreneurial client base range from owner-managed, family owned, VC/PE-backed, usually without a full-time People Director.

Your future earnings are uncapped and only limited by your professional aspirations, with a realistic estimation of £100k+ earnings per annum after 3 years.
You’ll be a local (either London or Midlands), or at least an adopted local in the regions, with a great network and a ‘black book’ of outstanding individuals and businesses in the region, who’s interested in this opportunity for the right reasons.
Flexibility, choice and earnings from day one
Our income share partnership allows you to work flexibly around your existing commitments, on a self-employed basis, with a funding of £3,000 per month, available for the first 6 months, to support the growth and management of the region.
