Recruitment Consultant

Blue Recruitment Personnel is delighted to be recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy fast growing team based in Brackmills Northampton.

The consultant is required for a Driving & Industrial desk.

This role will be a key part of our small temporary team supporting large volume accounts alongside assisting with new business development, and managing a range of recruitment duties.

You will be required to work a minimum of 45 hours per week which must be worked during the core business hours 09:00am to 18:00pm on Monday to Friday.

Outside of normal working hours an ‘on-call’ service is operated. At the end of each working day, an allocated consultant will be responsible for the operation of the on-call service.

Duties include:

  • Contacting potential and existing candidates over the phone
  • Screening candidates for potential temporary and contract opportunities
  • Writing and managing advert content and applications
  • Effective sales calls to decision makers
  • Taking on detailed job specs from clients
  • Winning new business
  • Servicing existing clients
  • The search and selection of high calibre candidates
  • Matching candidates to roles
  • Business development will require you to make regular daily telephone calls to potential new clients on behalf of your candidates
