Primeflow is a platform to organise and monetise business referrals. The idea is to help enterprises generate a high volume of high-quality business referrals, by tapping into specialised networks led by “super-connectors” (well-connected individuals). Think about this as a distributed external sales / recruiting / fundraising / … team, with “warm” access to many high-quality leads, at a fraction of the cost.

We believe that networks of professionals will outperform traditional companies across all service industries. However, coordinating large groups of independent actors is difficult. We need a compass for competence, based on the track record of delivered value. We need mutually beneficial partnerships. We need a backbone for private, personal business. This is why we built Primeflow.

We are up and running across Europe, and have already recruited dozens of high-profile “super-connectors” (CEOs, Entrepreneurs, Community leaders). We are now working to scale our operations, and are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic salesperson to help us achieve this. It is an exciting opportunity to join ex-Google and ex-McKinsey management team in an early-stage business continuously looking to innovate.

  • Be a ninja cockroach. Combine the resourcefulness and resilience of a cockroach with the finesse and precision of a ninja.
  • Own process & outcome. Focus on execution and process, but ultimately own the outcome. We don’t micro-manage and expect people to proactively work on where they think their time is best spent.
  • Efficient collaboration. Start by forming a thought independently, then come together and refine. Respect others time: meetings only with a clear agenda.
  • Data-driven optimism. Form a hypothesis, execute on it with optimism but then come back down to earth and look at the data. Always seek to confirm or falsify the current approach based on market feedback.
  • Pragmatic excellence. Take on only as many tasks as possible to be able to execute them at a high quality. Communicate the current state of any document (“draft”, “final review” etc.)
  • Over-communicate. Combat the remote & async effects by sharing more information AND do it more often. When in doubt – speak up. Written communication is preferred because people can read it when out of the flow.
  • If it’s broken, fix it. If you see room for improvement – flag it to the owner, or step up and fix it.

Your role will be to help us improve and scale our proposition, recruit and activate business leaders across industries, and form value-add partnerships. We move fast, and this role offers a unique opportunity to observe and participate in a full venture development cycle. You will bring your business acumen and financial literacy to help us refine our strategy through research and customer interaction, identify routes to market and develop the business case.

Ideal Profile

This is a role for an experienced Business Development professional who wants to be involved in an exciting early-stage start-up looking to disrupt the spammy old ways of recruiting and sales. Essential attributes are:

  • The attitude to delight customers: bringing a professional and friendly demeanour at all times, with the maturity to be our brand representative on the ground.
  • The ability to think on your feet: we have great plans and processes in place, but invariably situations will arise that we won’t have planned for, so you’ll need to be responsive.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to get your hands dirty: The role is varied and diverse, so you need to be comfortable sitting with our CEO one minute, and handling customer requests in the next one.
  • Positivity and a good sense of humour: we are nice people, and we want to work with someone who has a smile on their face and is friendly.
  • Good academics and entrepreneurial interest: hopefully you’re razor-sharp, and if you’re interested in entrepreneurship as well, even better.
  • Demonstrated research, business development and marketing skills would be a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in other European languages is a plus.
  • Excellent organising and time management skills.
