Pinnacle Wellbeing Services provide a series of online learning and support modules. The company also carries out staff assessments and other programmes.

Pinnacle are now in the process of launching a top tier premium service for board directors and senior executives.

So far, the company’s growth has been through recommendation, which is testament to the high quality of service it delivers.

We are now looking for experienced agents to take the growth of the company to the next level in return for a very strong OTE.

If you have contacts of a calibre that could benefit from top level ways of “doing better”, then we want to hear from you.

Contacts through HR. HR support. Accountants. Tax specialists. All these sectors contain contacts that you could recommend.

Our products and services are a combination of digital products and face to face consultancy services including the following themes:

The successful candidate will benefit from:

  • Excellent Commission – 30% with the range of products and services available, a deal per week would be a realistic goal which would result in an OTE of 40 – 50k.
  • Potential to share in rewards – If things go well, this could be a lot more than a commission only role, if you help us grow the business, you will be rewarded financially above and beyond our agreement and have a bright future with us.
  • Support and training – Over 20 years of experience each in sales and the tech side of things, both Directors will be on hand for providing best practices and setting you up for success.
  • Flexible working – We will be scheduling meetings, but you choose the hours that suit you.

Target market

Our target market are medium size companies, ideally with between 50 – 500 employees that are going through change, looking to increase productivity etc.

Board Directors and Senior Executives of these companies will be the type of decision makers we are looking to get in front of.

Ideal Profile

We are looking to talk with experienced agents who can reach out to:

  • Top level corporate decision makers.
  • Business owners looking to expand through changing circumstances.
  • Companies looking to streamline productivity.

Ideally agents that have previously worked within Employee Benefits, HR. HR support, Accountancy. would be ideal, although not mandatory

Confidence in selling B2B at all levels within companies that may have up to 500 employees is a requirement as is strong closing skills.
