Our passion for exceptional coffees and craft art led us to combine these two passions of ours into a juxtaposition business and called it “Art & Coffee”. We want to share these passions with you and would welcome you to meet us at our stunningly ornate North London roastery.
We source the best speciality coffee beans, roast them onsite with obsessive care to help you brew the perfect cup. Similarly, our attention to detail helps us create the most astoundingly design furniture which have been called by all who visited our premises as art.
We hand-roast all our artisan coffees onsite. Each roast batch is individually tailored to bring out the unique qualities of our premium and speciality coffees.
We focus on sustainable and transparent trade with small farms from across the coffee growing regions of the world and aim to uphold quality at every stage of our production. We are driven by remaining ethical, and by our desire to only roast delicious coffees that are full of personality.
We sell a variety of speciality and premium coffees, all 100% arabica. The list of countries where are coffees are from include; Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia, El Salvador and Kenya.
We also sell sustainable and ethically sourced green coffee beans from for those who roast coffee from home.
We are looking to sell our products to people who appreciate good quality, high end tasting products. Our artistic side reflects the importance of quality and effort in producing a fantastic product.
How and where you find clients to sell our products to, is ultimately your choice. But our premium price means individuals will need to be indifferent to the price when they look at the amazing quality of our flavours, packaging and brand image.
Therefore, our target market is coffee enthusiasts and successful businesses that want to supply good quality coffee in their workplace. Note that we are not a coffee shop; we are coffee roasters who sells beans and ground coffee to like minded people who want an excellent tasting product. We do not make drinks like cappuccinos and latte’s and sell them to the public as an example, but supply the very best to those that want to be creative and make such a masterpiece of a beverage.

Successful candidates must be prepared to learn all about coffee, with a desire to sell quality high end products to customers who appreciate quality. They will be educated on different types of qualities and grades of coffees, the differences of each type, how one can roast coffee, the science behind it, and the method of brewing coffee. They will likely discover a hidden hobby once they learn about coffee and taste the best quality you can get. Thus, you will become informed on details of the most consumed beverage commodity (after Water).

Our sales representatives are expected to meet key targets of sales. The commissions are immensely attractive to any individual, with the potential to grow and operate their own business. As an example, the minimum targets we expect from you would result in an income of £20,000 p.a. with limitless potential dependent on how many sales you are prepared to achieve. We will only be satisfied with hard working winners. Therefore, this role will be hugely motivating to sales people as we offer a very generous commission on their sales. With potential growth for their business in their future, there is more motivation to make more and more effort in their sales.
The fact that the location of their business will be flexible (anywhere in the UK, your choice of location) helps individuals in an effort where it can be difficult travel to major cities and relocate for a new job, making their personal lives more enjoyable and comfortable. This is especially true in the current climate where remote working is so popular due to the regrettable Covid-19. How you manage your portfolio of clients is your choice and where you find them is also your choice.
