NSI regularly undertakes specific projects including sales and distribution operations for industry-specific or situation-specific products. This is where the Scan2Protect project, and opportunity for sales agents, comes in.
You will be working with a business that has run many successful sales agent based operations and sold £millions worth of products through commission based agents.
Scan2Protect is a high quality hands-free dual facial recognition and thermal temperature reader unit. Placed at the entrance to a building it automatically detects the faces of those entering and scans them for body temperature, issuing a green ‘proceed’ screen if their temperature is within acceptable limits or a red ‘warning’ screen (combined with an audible alert if selected) if they have a raised temperature (or are not adhering to any premises criteria such as wearing a face mask). Scan2Protect can be used as a stand-alone ‘plug-and-play’ unit (up and running within a minute) or fully integrated into access control and/or HR systems. The sophisticated software can store and recognise up to 20,000 faces, ID people even when wearing a face mask, recognise ‘strangers’ to a building and alert supervisory personnel of any health security issues.
The primary purpose of Scan2Protect is to add another level of health security to a premises and so give confidence to both staff and customers that the environment is as safe as it can be. It sets those in our target markets apart from their competition, increases trade through customer confidence and ensures their own staff have additional protection to prevent increased sickness absence during virus outbreaks.

Each of these markets has different purchasing drivers, split between protecting their operations by keeping staff fit and well and protecting their trade by engendering a feeling of safety for clients and customers. Specific drivers would be discussed with successful candidates.
We are looking to build a team of Sales Agents who have existing contacts in industries and sectors where they feel Scan2Protect would be beneficial.
We need reliable, motivated individuals who would seek to fully understand the product and potential uses and represent Scan2Protect professionally in their sector(s).
Our Agents will need to be ‘can-do’ individuals able to take advantage of the current COVID situation as opposed to be restricted by it. They will need to be able to work from home and liaise with our offices remotely.
In joining out team you will be expected to generate your own leads, mainly from contacts in relevant sectors.
Our commission structure is very simple. Each unit sold at RRP (£1,665+VAT) comes with a £300 commission for the Agent.
Any discounting given by the Agent comes off that commission. We have a programming team who will provide you with one or more bespoke Offer Codes which customers use when purchasing units (either online or over the ‘phone). These codes trigger any price reduction for the customer you have offered and also identify the sale as attributable to the specific Agent allowing us to identify all commissions due to you (which we then pay monthly).
‘Tiered’ arrangements (for example where an Agent joins forces with a trade body or similar where that body markets to their members and earns a per-sale payment) are easily catered for by our programmers meaning that Agents have significant flexibility to approach their sales operation in the way they feel will be most productive. We are able to offer your customers a Lease Hire option which makes the sales process easier and still ensures that Sales Agents are paid their full commission immediately.
All post-sale customer service, dispatch and warrantee issues are dealt with by NSI.

We have previously run operations focused around Sales Agents and for those projects built fantastic teams, sold £millions of products and ensured the Agents earned very well.
