Bulelo Limited is a distributor of natural pet treats which it imports from South Africa into the UK. The brand is called Nandi of Africa and Bulelo Limited is the exclusive distributor of Nandi pet treats in the UK. Bulelo Limited is responsible for the import, storage and order fulfilment of the pet treats in the UK for B2B and B2C.
We’re looking for an agent with contacts in the pet industry to introduce our products to retailers, whether it be pet stores or higher end grocers.
Nandi of Africa pet treats are 100% natural and are produced in South Africa. Sustainability and ethical practices are at the heart of the Nandi brand ethos and only works with farmers who share in those values. The raw materials are all by products of human meat processes and no animals are raised for the sole purpose of producing the treats. Treats are produced from animals that are free roaming and grass fed meaning the treats are free of hormones and antibiotics making them ideal for pets with sensitive stomachs or allergies, and they complement raw fed diets.
The treats are a premium product and the target market for the treats are pet stores across the UK and higher end grocers such as Waitrose, particularly those with an emphasis on health and well being for pets. This is the direction the pet industry is moving toward and we only want to work with stores who share in the values of Nandi of Africa.
The pet industry is a growing market, and is moving toward sustainable practices and healthy living for pets. These treats are are well positioned to take advantage of this move in the market. The treats are also a fast moving consumable meaning stores that will stock the brand are likely to place repeat orders on a regular basis. The brand is new to the UK market so there is a lot of scope for growth in the fastest growing sector within the pet industry. As Bulelo Ltd has exclusivity in the UK market there will be dilution from competitors except for from competing products.
