We are looking for customer focused, self-motivated and commercially minded individuals to join the Sales Team for our fast growing and traditional brand. Founded by husband and wife team, come and be part of an ever growing brand.
My Gift Tree is a distributor of wholesale gifts, balloons, party goods, artificial flowers and cake supplies to name but a few. Always on trend, our goods are handpicked to ensure the best is always delivered.
Our focus is to help our retailers with point of sale to assist them in selling our goods, in turn helping our brand to grow. We aim to be as flexible as possible and will continue to introduce new items, ensuring interest in our brand.
Aftersales is key and we would require our agents to check in on customers to ensure support is provided. We want our sales representatives to meet customer needs by being available and offering products that meet their customer’s needs and desires.

Ideal Profile
The ideal agent will be a sales oriented people person that:
- Finds new and innovative ways of meeting the demands and needs of customers.
- Travels to meet with potential clients.
- Acts as a liaison between manufacturer and retail stores.
- Makes sure that all products are in proper placement.
- Sets up displays as necessary.
- Meets with clients regarding product sales and promotions.
- Resolves any and all customer complaints as it pertains to the products.
- Makes face-to-face sales with any consumers.
- Makes orders as it pertains to products in store locations.
- Provides pamphlets and other written material to encourage consumers to purchase products.
- Analyses the competition to prevent a decline in sales and maintain market share.
- Attends any conventions that promote the sale of the product.
- Engages customers by finding their needs and resolves any complaints that a customer may have.
- Writes orders and ensures that product arrives in a timely fashion.
