MJSC is looking for experienced, commission-based sales agents for their Data Protection Services to businesses across the UK.

We are offering sales commission of 10% plus recurring commission.

MJSC Entreprenor Ltd is a growing management consultancy company with offices in both the UK and South Africa, and an ever-expanding global client base. With a customer needs-driven ethos, we provide businesses services in Data Protection, HR Compliance, Financial Management, Bookkeeping, Business Advisory Services and Legal Support.

The ideal agent will be experienced, commission-based sales agent with a bulging contacts book and a strong sales background for our Data Protection services to businesses across the UK.

A good understanding of GDPR and compliance is important as well as the ability to talk to people in many different sectors from health and wellness to manufacturing and pharmaceutical.

We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, can get up to speed straight away and quickly develop an innate understanding of the packages and services we offer.


The product

You’ll initially focus on promoting and selling MJSC’s Data Protection services to which we can then consider promoting other services. Since the introduction of GDPR in 2018, data protection and compliance has become more important than ever, not just in the UK but across borders in Europe too.

As well as our consultancy services you’ll sell both one-off and recurring retainer packages, including our data protection tool kit and draft documents.

    We will provide the packages and offerings however, there is no other company that will provide a client with a Toolkit and draft documentation to use freely.

  • Excellent commission terms

    Agents earn 10% recurring commission on each deal they close where clients sign for a minimum of 12 months. For clients who require a single audit or one-off assistance the commission rate is 5%. Data protection packages with global or overseas links will result in an 8% commission rate. With the average one-off audit costing around £2,600+ a month and monthly packages averaging between £125 and £600+, there is high-income potential.

    The role is fully remote, but you’ll receive full training from MJSC Pro as well as ongoing support from management.

The target market

Agents will work directly with SMEs as well as larger businesses across the UK who require data protection advice and support. As GDPR applies to most UK businesses the potential market is huge. You’ll be able to work with any existing contacts you may have as well as develop new markets.

We’re looking for a candidate who is:

  • Experienced in selling data protection and management consultancy services to a diverse range of businesses
  • Highly disciplined and self-motivated
  • Well-organised and efficient
  • Personable, with the ability to build and maintain great customer relationships in different industries
  • Experienced in face-to-face sales and telesales
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and able to solve problems
  • Excellent spoken and written English
