Sales Manager – Flexible Hours

Faze Digital founded in September 2019 is an early stage start up business supporting clients in the UK with digital media management.

We offer budget management and consulting across media activations for PPC, social and display media. With SEO, content, copy and branding offered secondary. Through our partner creative agency, we’re also supporting our clients with video content production for advertising.


We are seeking a seasoned media sales professional with experience selling media agency retainers into small businesses. The role will require an understanding of digital advertising, in particularly the benefits of PPC, social and display over traditional media, or no advertising at all.
This is a WFH, commission only role offering 20% commission on a retainer fee for 6 months, retainers are typically £1000+ per month. The role has the option to switch to a full-time paid position depending on success of the candidate. Expenses are fully covered. You have the freedom to choose your own hours.


Faze being an early start up is seeking to work with small B2C businesses which are not currently engaged with agencies; this is fairly typically for very small businesses so understanding the goldilocks zone between too big and too small will be key.

We are currently working very successfully with clinics on Harley Street and an event planning company, additional service-based businesses are ideal alongside retailers (fashion, toys, electronics) and travel within the UK.

Ideal Profile

You will be comfortable calling businesses on the phone to warm leads and engage with senior business stakeholders or marketing teams. You will have the confidence to talk about the benefits of digital advertising and digital agency support to businesses who may be unfamiliar or uncomfortable with digital. You will be willing and able to manage the full sales process from lead research to close.

You will apt at sourcing your own leads, and creating sales materials including decks to present during F2F meetings where required.

You will have a good understanding of media, preferably digital advertising and come from either an agency or media-owner background or have prior experience in selling digital advertising. Google Ads qualified is an added bonus.
