As part of our ambitious expansion plans, we are now looking for Business Development Consultants to join a fast-growing team operating nationwide as we roll out our in-demand service to companies across the UK.

This opportunity, which has the benefit of being home-based, will suit target driven individuals who have experience in the recruitment service industry and are keen to build a significant five figure income. Experience in the Logistics and/or the Hospitality and Catering sectors is essential.

We are seeking Agents throughout the UK.

You will be responsible for proactively looking for new business opportunities.

Agents need to be motivated self-starters with good communication skills and be confident talking to business owners and decision makers. You will be responsible for proactively seeking out new business opportunities.

Agents will be tasked with building a client base that will provide commission from the recurring contracts that our clients engage from Blue Recruitment. Each agent will build and maintain their own desk regardless of the sector they chose to work in.

Business operating Sectors:

Warehousing & Logistics / Industrial / Driving / Hospitality & Catering

We are offering an excellent 20 to 30% commission paid on all invoices raised from clients secured by our Sales Agents.
