Lettings Negotiator required in North West London to source tenants and guests using the many online room let portals.
Capital Shared Living is a growing investment/lettings company based in Colindale. We’ve been managing properties in this area for the past 3 years. Due to expansion we are now looking for an experienced independent agent to work with our team.
This is an opportunity to earn substantial commission from sourcing potential tenants or guests using the many online portals aimed at the London lettings market. The aim is to have all available rooms in the portfolio at full occupation. In return you will receive a substantial commission of 25% of the monthly rental value.
The successful agent will receive incoming enquiries and leads, be expected to follow up promptly, and have the capability to negotiate and close the letting agreements. Managing your own diary, you will arrange property viewings with potential tenants.
The role requires a person with strong selling and closing skills gained from experience within the lettings sector.
The target market for the lettings is young professionals in the North West London area. With property lettings at an all time high in London, potential tenants can be found using multiple online sources.
The successful lettings negotiator will be based in the North West London area, ideally Barnet or Brent. This is a home based role with travel to conduct viewings. Must hold a valid UK driving license and expected to travel to viewings.
The role requires a person with strong selling and closing skills gained from experience within the lettings or property sector. You will be target driven and motivated by high earnings through commission payments.
As you will be customer facing it is expected that you will be well presented and confident when conducting viewings and negotiating with potential tenant. Excellent communication skills will be needed in face to face meetings, on the telephone and when communicating online.
Diary planning, organising, and efficient time management skills are required as you will have complete control of your time.
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in lettings is required.
In return for the above we are offering the right agent a rewarding commission of 25% of the tenant’s monthly rent.
