We’re looking for Sales Agents to join our team and grow the Laura’s brand in Wales, London, the South East, and the South West!

As a commission-based Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our brand, engaging with wholesale customers, building relationships, and driving brand awareness. We’re on the lookout for dynamic and enthusiastic sales agents to represent us across these 3 regions.

Your creativity, communication skills, and strong networking abilities will be key in promoting our products and values effectively. The ideal candidate will be a sales agent with existing accounts and leads for the Laura’s portfolio.

At Laura’s we specialise in our original recipe fudge, a quintessentially British treat! We have four core flavours of our delicious fudge represented by our beautiful animal characters. We also sell a range of confectionery pouches, divided into four catagories: Pick and Mix, British Classics, Chocolate and Vegan.

We pride ourselves on the beauty and unique design of our country-style packaging that sits perfectly in Farm Shops, Gift Shops, Delis and high end department stores. This is why Laura’s products make the perfect gifting opportunity for customers of all ages.

Laura’s also offer a robust free free-standing display unit capable of holding the complete Laura’s range.


  • Successful track record with agents or sales people

    Laura's Brand Ambassadors currently cover various areas across the UK with great success. We pride ourselves on our close working relationship with our sales agents, committing to regular catch up calls to discuss potential leads, opportunities and negotiations. The Laura's team work closely together to provide our agents with the best chance of establishing leads and closing deals by providing samples, bespoke pricing and payment plans.

  • Recurring commission

    Sales agents will receive a 10% commission on the net sales value of all sales made in a given month. Including first and repeat purchases. Performance related bonuses may be awarded based on achieving or exceeding sales targets. These targets and incentives will be communicated in advance by a member of the Laura’s Confectionery operational management team.

  • Sales leads provided

    Dependant on the area chosen to cover, existing accounts will be handed over to the sales agent for them to maintain. A list of leads will be communicated during the onboarding process for shops or accounts within the chosen area.

  • Sales and marketing support

    The Laura's team are happy to support our sales agents in all areas. The marketing team will provide product samples to potential customers upon request, while also using social media channels to draw attention to your accounts, promoting repeat orders. The operational team are on hand throughout the week to facilitate your orders and answer any operational or sales questions you may have.

  • Exclusive sales areas

    The regions currently advertised are unmanned. These areas will be the sales agent's sole responsibility to cover and maintain.

  • Freedom & flexibility

    We do not require specific work hours or days dedicated to the Laura's brand. It is the choice of the sales agent to dedicate specific times to Laura's that will best enable them to hit the communicated sales targets.

Target market

Our products historically, best sit in stores specialising in gifts or food. Our current customer base comprises of Farm Shops, Gift Shops, Delicatessens and Cafes.

We also supply to notable national accounts within the UK such as Booths Supermarkets, Liberty of London, RHS Garden Centres, Fenwick Ltd and Selfridges.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate for this role is an individual who has:

  • Proven experience in Sales, preferably in the food or confectionery industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results orientated, with a drive to exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
  • Knowledge of the Scottish retail landscape and distribution channels is desired.
  • Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
