Healthcare Resources Service Provider

As part of Healthcare Recruitment Services, we provide resource solutions to NHS, HSE, Hospitals, Carer Homes and Nursing Homes based in UK & Ireland. Currently resources are available for Nurses, Care Assistants and Physios.

IOCS India is the primary resources supplier having access to hundreds of qualified and experienced candidates across India. It has multi-level collaboration, partnership and tie-ups with reputed companies in the Human Resources, IT and Education industries. It has in-house expertise to identify, prepare and recruit right candidates for the right role as per the client specific requirements.

Healthcare Resources/Skills Shortages in UK & Ireland

Resources skill shortage is a huge problem across the Healthcare Industry in both UK & Ireland. For ex, currently there are more than 100,000 vacancies to be filled for carers alone in UK. Unlike other industries, skills shortage is a life-threatening problem in the Healthcare industry especially in the post Covid-19 era. We as a resources service provider determined to be part of the solution by working with the local industry.

Sales Agent’s Role

As a Sales Agent, you’re partnering with UCS Ireland and responsible to collaborate with NHS/HSE, local Hospitals and Carer Homes and Tie-up UCS as a Resources Service Provider with them. UCS will provide the required details, training and support at every stage in the process to support the entity contract signed. We look for professionals having strong Sales experience in Healthcare, IT and/or Colleges & Universities.

Commission Charges

We have a set payment structure for sales agents. The first 2 deals will earn £500 each, the 3rd and 4th deals will earn £750 each, 5th deal and onwards will earn £1,000 and the number will keep getting reviewed as the agent makes more deals. There is also an additional £250 for every candidate placed subject to meeting the monthly target.

By end of 2022, IOCS target is to complete the tie-ups with 100 entities and the RSMs have a huge potential to grow and expand their sales ambitions.
