Mason Verdi’s sales arm deals with selling properties which could potentially be good investments and sell these properties off-plan before they are built. The role involves building relationships over phone to hot leads and also build relationship in other ways, in person or on social media and give the prospective buyer all of the relevant information and help them make the best decision for them.
We are selling properties off-plan to investors from across the world. The model tends to focus on the investment side of the property as majority of countries at the moment achieve lower returns compared to here and we tend to focus on increasing people’s return where possible.
We are established since 2017 and since then we have sold out over 10 major developments in North West England exclusively.
Commissions are ranging from £800 as a minimum and £11,000 as a maximum depending on what is sold.

First sale would get the agents an additional £400 on top of their commissions.

We usually sell exclusive stock, however we do work on a co-agent basis for some developers also.
Our target market is basically anyone who has their money in the bank and their money is not making any more money for them. By investing in properties, the investor can increase their wealth by way of capital gains and also have some cash flow from renting the properties out. All of this can be hands-off as we can take care of all aspects.
