The sourcing is usually off-market to guarantee mutually beneficial negotiated purchase(s) directly with the property owner for entrepreneurs, executives and enterprises worldwide. New commissions can be taken online by completing a New Client Registration Form Or via a Virtual Consultation.
We’d like to focus our efforts on investment management companies with an existing acquisition team focused on commissioning an independent service. Also single or multi-family offices, corporate executives nearing the age of 55 and the administrators of pension funds to empower long-term cashflow.
