OSV Ltd is an independent vehicle supply broker trading since 1997, supplying all mainstream manufacturer products in the UK nationwide.

Heavily driven by customer retention and satisfaction, our reputation earns us consistent repeat business. We have access to a wide range of lenders allowing us to assist all kinds of clients and are now searching for sales agents to assist us with expanding our customer base.

We are looking for agents to introduce business to us from their established connections. Perhaps they have a relationship with procurement managers, or already have a B2B portfolio that would be able to add our services to their offers.

Important: Due to FCA regulations, this is an Introduction only role, the appointed agents do not need to follow the entire sales process.

Sales agents can be assured of extremely high earning potential for an introduction only role with 30% commission on offer for new contracts and 15% on renewals.

With a wide range of funding options, plus we supply nationally (excluding Northern Ireland).

THE TARGET MARKET

Our core business is focused on companies that want everything looking after for them, from managing the fleet including service booking, mileage and driving licence checks to replacement vehicles

Ideally, we are looking for sales agents that have established connections with the procurement managers of these companies.

Agents could also hit the ground running if they already have a B2B portfolio, or experience in selling utilities, facilities and janitorial services. This would be a fantastic opportunity for utility brokers adding our services to their offers.

  • 30% commission based on initial contract, 15% on renewal

To expand on this, as an example of a potential opportunity… If you have an established contact looking for a fleet of 15 cars to be fully managed which earns OSV £1200 per unit (£18000), you receive a very transparent and generous £5400 for the introduction!

  • Full guidance and continual support would be provided with onboarding
  • The ability to add our products to their portfolio

IDEAL SALES AGENT PROFILE

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for professional candidates who have good existing business to business relationships.

We would like to find an agent who can focus on service levels and appreciates the benefits of services on the client’s overall costs.

You will establish the need by ascertaining initial facts such as fleet mix, existing funding method, biggest pain points they have and whether they have a managed fleet?

Due to FCA Regulations, once you have made the introduction, all proposals and solutions would be offered and processed by OSV. Naturally, if you have a relationship with the opportunity, you can be actively involved throughout this journey.
