  • Excellent commission terms

    We are offering commissions starting at 20% with rising tiers based on the volume of sales.

  • Recurring commission

    Provided that they continue to work with us, agents will continue to earn their commission on an annual basis, upon the renewal of their clients.

  • Sales leads provided

    We have a stream of leads but we expect agents to create, pursue and nurture their own leads.

  • First sale bonus

    We are not considering first sale bonus, but we are willing to consider bonus for hitting a pre-agreed sales volume.

  • Sales and marketing support

    Sales and marketing material will be provided.

  • Exclusive sales areas

    Depending on their performance and the volume of sales they believe they can bring within a geographical area, we can negotiate and arrange exclusive sales areas.

  • Freedom & flexibility

    Agents will have the necessary freedom & flexibility which will allow them to reach their targets.

i-Nucleus is suitable for schools (private and state), colleges and any learning centre worldwide

Ideal Profile

  • Holder of a university degree (preferably with a technical background).Candidates with a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Technology/Science will be preferred.
  •  Previous experience (at least 3 years) in a relevant position is required.
  • Sales experience in education and technology will be highly considered.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (writing and speaking), including technical terminology.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Experience in CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Emphasis on achieving results and hitting goals.
  • Demonstrating positive attitude, professionalism and responsibility.
  • Ability to manage customers and nurture client relations.
  • Understanding of basic financial and quantitative parameters and indicators.
