The Opportunity

Become part of an innovative new startup in Retail Sales Software for the Jewellery and Watch Industry.

RPAIR is an online comparison marketplace for watch and jewellery repairs, helping customers get easier access to repairs for their watch and jewellery items by matching them with qualified and reviewed repair shops across the UK.

This is a remote business and this role can be based anywhere.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be expected to build and maintain relationships with potential customers across various stakeholder groups. Following a value-oriented sales approach, you will be comfortable working through the entire sales process from sourcing the prospective leads to closing the sale. As such, you’ll need to be highly organized, process-driven and diligent in this role.

This role is commission-based only.

Responsibilities:

  • An effective communicator that understands and can articulate the value of the product
  • Build professional relationships that become commercial relationships
  • Develop new business opportunities in key accounts and assigned territory
  • Consistently set and maintain Pipeline targets set for you by developing outbound engagement strategies using territory research, your network, BDRs, marketing, etc.
  • Follow and document sales methodology, marketing messaging, solution positioning and messaging in support of effective sales best practice
  • Successfully negotiate contracts with clients, working closely with both internal and external executive management.
  • Accurately forecast and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Use sales tools to record all activities as required in the CRM system
  • Build teaming relationships across the company

Requirements

  • 1+ years sales experience
  • Ideally with software sales or selling to the watch and jewellery industry
  • Experience in outbound sales
  • Motivated and driven
  • Coachable
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Confident and clear communicator
  • Relationship orientated
  • Professional and personal integrity

The built-in Repair Management Portal enables repair shops to manage their quotes, repairs and communicate directly with the customers whilst automatically keeping them updated with their repair progress.

Monthly Subscription: £129 + 10% completion fee on all repairs completed through the platform

Annual Subscription £899 + 7% completion fee on all repairs completed through the platform

SAME REPAIRS, NEW CUSTOMERS

The repair shops can input all of their watch & jewellery repair services and the shop will become searchable to RPAIR’s online customer community. RPAIR’s platform will connect them with new, local customers looking for repair services they offer.

Customers are automatically notified of the progress. Saving the repair shops time making calls or sending emails. If you need to give them more detail, they can use our live chat to improve the customer experience.

Our research shows that there are around 6000 potential businesses in the UK that provide repair services for watch and jewellery items.

Target Area:

London, Greater London and surrounding boroughs.But you are also allowed to sell to other businesses across the UK as long as they offer postal repair services.
