Direct-Energy Associates Limited (DEAL), based in Macclesfield, Cheshire are a nationwide utilities and telecoms consultancy. The owner, Andy Hurst has built a steady client base but now requires an extra pair of hands to keep growing the business whilst he services his existing client base.

 

OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW

We offer a “people” service and 15 years experience within the industry, which aims to save time and money for our commercial clients across various aspects of utilities and telecoms. We like our clients to see us as an extension to our business and a one point of contact for utilities and telecoms. We are looking for clients who value and trust our service and therefore want to stay with us each time their renewal contracts come around.

THE TARGET MARKET

The industries I would like to focus on are:

  • Manufacturing
  • Haulage
  • Warehouses/factories
  • Sports facilities
  • Car Dealerships
  • Schools
  • Hotels
  • Retail

However, we can work with pretty much any industry. We tend to focus more on the size of the business rather than industry and we find that businesses with between 50-1000 employees is our sweet spot.  Or businesses with 2 or more premises.

Ideal Profile

Andy is looking for an experienced telesales candidate to arrange either Zoom/Microsoft Teams meetings or face to face meetings with prospects within any industry. If a prospect is converted to a client, the telesales agent will be paid an ongoing commission of up to 40% of the revenue made from the client. Depending on the size of the client, this could equate to up to £8,000 per annum per client for the sales agent. Commission payments would be paid monthly to the sales agent. Full description below:

  • Work from home
  • Target suitable prospects around the North West of England and identify the relevant decision maker on utilities and telecoms
  • There are a selection of warm leads that can also be used to arrange the meetings.
  • Make initial contact with the decision maker to establish an interest in Direct Energy Associates Limited
  • Setup either a Zoom/Teams meeting or a face to face meeting for Andy Hurst and the prospect.
