Irene Bukur is a well-established Ukrainian cosmetics manufacturer with plans to establish a strong presence in the UK.

We’re looking for a sales professional who already has an active contacts book of beauty industry buyers who can help grow our brand Irene Bukur Cosmetics.

As an experienced sales professional, you’ll play a crucial role in finding opportunities, attending industry events and creating new connections.

You’ll need to be confident presenting the Irene Bukur range of haircare, face and makeup products to beauty and wellness retailers. Please take  a look at our products range on the website.

The Product

Iryna Bukur launched her Irene Bukur Cosmetics range in 2009 with the opening of her first shop in Kyiv. She swiftly opened 45 boutiques and pop-up concessions in all major Ukrainian cities before founding Irene Bukur (Suisse), an innovative Swiss company which researches and creates cosmetic formulas. Since then, the company has created more than 80 cosmetic products and moved to a purely online platform.

Sales agents will promote our product range, including our hair serums, shampoos, eye and face creams and protective body balms with a strong focus on anti-ageing benefits.

You’ll also look for opportunities to sell our white label and private label services to individuals and companies wanting to launch their own brand but who don’t have the manufacturing capabilities to do so.

The Target Market

You will work with us to establish Irene Bukur in the UK beauty and wellness market. We are specifically looking to target female consumers in the 20-65 age bracket so an agent who has an excellent understanding of their needs, the current trends, and the companies which supply them is a must.

The ability to relate to our female target audience is essential.

You will reach out to existing beauty and wellness companies who may be looking to expand their product ranges. You’ll also identify and contact retailers who align with our brand and would be a good fit for Irene Bukur.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • Has cosmetic product sales experience in the beauty and wellness industry
  • Has extensive knowledge of the cosmetics industry
  • Is highly organised
  • Has excellent communication skills and is very personable
  • Ideally lives in Surrey or the surrounding area to attend office meetings or is willing to travel to Surrey
  • Has a strong understanding of Microsoft Office software
