Responsibilities
The Event Sales Specialist would be responsible for making contact with clients and selling our events business into those accounts. They will be expected to drive a £30k monthly target with a view to increasing this when you build up your customer base. You will report directly to the Sales Director and training programmes can be offered as part of your personal development. You have access to a dedicated sales support team who will support and cooperate in anything that you need to increase sales. We are looking for events sales hunters who are is able to create sales angles and negotiate collaboration sales deals as well as discover opportunities from both corporate clients and event partners. We need a sales person to be creative with strategies, reliable and punctual as well as flexible. Once you have enough experience we would like the person to promote themselves and move up the ladder quickly, training and being responsible for building and maintaining their own sales team. You can reach sales management within six months if you are able to hit targets and train juniors. We would like to person to give suggestions and raise their opinion towards creating new sales channels and opportunities. It would be advantageous if the person is able to create sponsorship sales for their events and also an events membership club to their clients.

We offer sales and marketing support with marketing campaigns and offers to entice clients to book. We generate inbound leads form them which we distribute to the sales agent team.
The candidate would call via a leads website which will contain warm leads. There will be sales targets for each month for the candidate to pursue along with the team.
We are looking for someone who is disciplined, motivated and who can confidently close the deal over the phone. Someone who can negotiate with the client.
