Interior Panel Systems are the experts on Wall Panels, Shower Wall Panels, Wall Cladding, Ceiling Panels, and Polymer Flooring.
Established in 2009 with its premises in Sheffield, initially the business was focused on supply, and supply and fit, of Hygienic uPVC Wall and Ceiling Panels for areas where hygiene is of importance, such as food manufacturing, food preparation, healthcare, and shower facilities.

In response to receiving multiple private enquiries for these products IPSL extended their offering into a range of decorative products more suitable for homes, primarily for shower and bathroom areas. Today, all our products are marketed as an attractive alternative to tiling with real practical benefits for both B2B and B2C customers.

Our business has been built by providing advice based on expert product knowledge and a first class customer service that leads to repeat business, customer loyalty, and referrals from satisfied customers. PVC tongue and groove ceiling panels are suitable for bathroom, kitchen ceiling cladding or other wet area ceilings.
We supply a range of colours and styles designed to enhance any wet room area. We also stock specialist ceiling panels for commercial hygienic ceiling cladding.

Bathroom floors use the same easy to fit interlocking system as traditional laminate flooring but are manufactured from waterproof polymers instead of MDF. Aquafloor is the first 100% waterproof laminate flooring and can be used for residential and commercial applications where traditional wooden or laminate flooring cannot.

TARGET CLIENTS AND REGIONS

Sales agents will have the opportunity to sell to both the B2B and B2C markets.

We are looking to sell our products to larger commercial B2B projects on a supply or supply and fit basis. These orders are typically £1000 -£10,000, but can be up to £50k. You will be supported by the services of our surveyors when quoting for these sales. Projects for the B2B market are usually for food related business, or the hospitality sector, for example multiple shower facilities for hotels.

We are also looking to increase sales of our products for B2C domestic customers. We do not offer a fitting service for B2C sales but we do have a list of fitters across the UK. A typical B2C order is around £250.

Sales to the B2B project marketplace offers sales agents the opportunity to earn large commission payments. The length of the sales cycle means the sales can take a while to be completed, but the reward makes it very worthwhile. Sales to the B2C market offer much lower commission payments for each sale, but the number of opportunities is far greater and the sales cycle much quicker, so agents get paid sooner. and more often.

We are looking for sales agents experienced in either sales sector, B2B and/or B2C. Agents can take advantage of a dual income stream selling to both types of customers, or use their contacts and experience to focus their sales time on just one of the sectors. Ideal Profile

We are looking for sales agents with relevant experience, knowledge of the products or market place, or contacts and connections in decision making positions in the B2B project sector.

Candidates must have the ability to close sales in an honest and ethical manner aligned with our business ethos. We operate an online review system and work very hard to deliver satisfaction to all customers.

It is expected that agents will be organised, self-motivated, and have good office IT, communication and record keeping skills. Sales agents can be located anywhere in the UK and be able to travel to meet clients as necessary. Agents will be expected to generate their own leads.

We offer good commission rates and there is an opportunity to build a good revenue stream – especially in the B2B segment.
