iFoam was established in 2008. We are a successful and independent polyurethane foam moulder operating out of Corby, Northamptonshire. Our company specialises in flexible graphite foam for the train, aviation and insulation industry (our products extend to creating seat foams, grab handles, armrests and much more) and we are the market leader in our sector.

iFoam directly or indirectly supplies JLR, Rolls Royce, Morgan, TfL, Dynamo Electric vehicles, Sabeti Wain Aviation along with most of the UK train seat manufacturers and refurbishing companies such as Transcal, IM Kelly, Diamonds etc.

Our workforce is comprised of experienced and skilled craftsmen who have years of experience within the transport seating sector and the production of polyurethane foam. In addition, our company is supported by BASF for our raw materials, which is one of the largest chemical producers in the world.
