Autentica offers a fully bespoke luxury event management service — no packages, no templates. Every event is designed from scratch around the client. This is a genuinely differentiated service in a crowded market.
Agents earn 15% of margin on bookings up to £30,000 and 18% on bookings above £30,000. With average event values ranging from £8,000 to £60,000+, earning potential is significant with no cap.
Commission is paid in two instalments — 50% on receipt of client deposit, 50% on final settlement. Agents are rewarded from the moment the client commits, not only after event delivery.
Agents receive a professional pitch deck, proposal templates, brand guidelines, and direct access to the founder to develop and close every qualified lead.

High-net-worth individuals ( Private Event ) , couples planning weddings, and corporate clients including luxury brands, fashion houses, and beauty companies seeking premium event and brand experience management across the UK and Europe.
We are looking for experienced, self-employed sales professionals who already have an established network within luxury, hospitality, HNW, or corporate events markets. The ideal candidate is comfortable closing high-value service sales independently and needs no day-to-day management.
