Commission: Commission will range between 15 and 30% depending on the services being sold.

Sales Type: Field sales (physical meetings) / Telesales (sales closed over the phone)
We’re VISU.AL, a forward-thinking digital growth agency, helping brands navigate and thrive in a mobile and hyperconnected world. We want to hear from experienced media sales agents who can promote our creative digital services, which grow brands and build an outstanding online presence for them.
You’ll work closely with VISU.AL’s directors to develop year-round client marketing, brand strategy and our client management programme. You’ll be responsible for creating eye-catching proposals, pitching to clients, building long-lasting, positive client relationships and growing our global community of creators and influencers.
As well as a generous compensation package, comprehensive training is available where traditional sales methods are transformed and revitalised to reflect the fast-changing industry we work in. The training also includes full certification across all major social media sites.

The Product
At VISU.AL we create a perfect storm of visual campaigns, data-driven creative content and paid and organic media activations to amplify our client brands and build sales.
Sales agents will focus on promoting our range of services including web design, site design, app design, videos, animation, virtual production, photography, event capture, live streaming, social media management, paid social programmatic virtual production, ad creation, influencer marketing and digital brand activation.
Benefits
Excellent commission terms
15% - 30% dependent on service sold. For example, on a 12-month content creation retainer sold at 10K per month, margin is 5K so agent commission would be 1K per month or the duration of contract.
Recurring commission
Most products wrapped into ongoing service packages so high potential for recurring commission.
Professional training and support offered
In-depth training provided around transforming and successfully managing media sales in a digital environment. Data, AI and machine learning complements the sales agent approach. Certification available across all major social media platforms.
Sales leads provided
Quality leads generated by external partner through LinkedIn campaigns. Case studies, presentation sales material provided.
Target market
Sales agents will target businesses across a wide range of industries with a need for innovative and effective digital marketing services. From beauty and wellness to food and drink, the number of organisations that can benefit from a fresh approach to their digital campaigns is enormous.
There is a particular emphasis on gaming, gambling, esports, tech b2b, retail, real estate, medical, fashion and music so any agents with strong sales experience in those sectors will have an advantage.
