Hart of the Home Ltd is an Architectural practice that designs extensions, New Builds and Loft conversion for the UK domestic market.

We currently design over 500+ projects per year and the numbers growing.

This equates to a potential build market of 40 million pounds worth of build opportunity. Exclusive in the market to Hart of the Home. Clients on average are with us for 6 months through the design process and the rapport is high.

Our role is for a Sales Agent to grow new areas and sell design and planning services to the UK Domestic market.

The product

We offer a Full Design and Planning Service along with Structural Calculations and Construction Project Management Packs.

We cover the whole of England divided into County areas we currently cover from Brighton to Berwick and have multiple county areas we require agents for. We are expanding the design business nationally over the coming months. The design business has been going for over 20 years and has a very secure market position.

The Design sales process is remote with qualified leads provided daily. Sales process is normally within 7 to 10 days, from contact to close.


Target market

Now, with over 35 years of experience, we are able to offer quality expertise and advice in all areas of design, planning, building control and the overall build process. Our target market is essentially B2C but has the potential to be B2B within the new build market.


The successful agent will:

  • Recieve 15% on all design Slaes Average value £1164 ( Anticipated each agent should close 40+ designs per month comfortably)
  • Receive 2% of the Net Sales Value of a build project, uncapped.
  • Have the opportunity to earn well over 6 figures annually.
  • Be happy to know most of the clients we will be engaging before any competitors and we look after around 50% of cases we speak to exclusively.


Ideal Sales Agents

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Engage and work through lead pipeline from Home for design sales on telephone or video call.
  • Visit the customers, if required and closing the deals.
  • Fully utilise the companies CRM System ( Pipedrive)
  • Be driven, highly motivated, pro-active and a self-manager.
  • Engaging, used to closing high end projects in the market.
  • Must be smart and confident, we are selling high value, high end projects worth 10s and 100s of thousands.
