We are an inventory and property services company based in London and the surrounding areas. We offer property reports and support services to our clients including Inventory and Check In Reports, Check Out Reports, Mid Term Inspections, Legionella Risk Assessments, Viewings, Virtual Property Viewings and New Property Key Handovers.


We are looking to expand our client base, taking on as many new clients as you can bring to us. These clients would have property in London and/or the surrounding areas.


The clients we are looking for are mainly estate agents but also companies that have a large portfolio of properties requiring property reports e.g new developments, university campus’, councils or large property developers.
