We are a North West based HR Consultancy that provide outsourced HR services to SME’s.  We provide 3 different services:

  1. Contracts of Employment and Handbooks
  2. Ongoing HR support (employment law, employee engagement)
  3. Project work (I.e. restructures, employee engagement, long term absence)

Our team have over 70 years HR experience between them, nothing is too complex or bizarre.

We keep businesses legally compliant so they don’t end up in an employment tribunal whilst ensuring they keep employees happy.

We have won 2 awards in the last year for our services – a BIBA and a HIVE award.

OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW

We would like to sell our retained HR service where clients pay a monthly fee to outsource their HR to us.  We do not tie them in to a lengthy contract as we are confident they will love us.

We take all the pain away from managing people and later this year we will launch our own HR People Management software, so another opportunity to sell into new and existing clients.

We take away the pain – We want our clients to sleep well at night and not worry about their people problems. We take them away, resolve any current issues and stop them reoccurring.

We have no tie-ins & no minimum term – We are that confident that clients will love us, we just ask for a months’ notice if they want to leave us. No long-term commitment is needed and our clients find that once they partner with us, they wonder how they ever managed without us.  Its lovely for us knowing our clients are with us because they want to be, and not because they have to be.

Full HR service – As well as ensuring clients are fully compliant with the most up to date employment legislation, we also proactively work with them on the employee experience journey. Onboarding, performance, objective setting, development, reward, recognition, succession plans – we cover it all.

One point of contact – No faceless call centres, no scripts – clients have one dedicated advisor. They speak to the same person every single time so that we can get to know them and their business. We become part of their team.

If they want us to talk to an employee, no problem. If we were their in-house HR Department we would, and having us on board is no different.

Our clients tell us we are a breath of fresh air, we don’t sit on the fence and we keep it simple with straight talking.
