We’re AZ Toys, a fast-growing and dynamic toy company based in Poland. We’re looking for a savvy sales agent who knows the British toy market well and can hit the ground running.
We want you to be front and centre of our plans to grow our UK market share so knowledge of business strategy and developing a network of eager clients would be a distinct advantage.
You’ll already have a list of active contacts and will work closely with us to introduce our range of high-quality educational books, interactive toys and e-applications to retailers across the country. You’ll be experienced selling similar products and you’ll know exactly what gets toy buyers interested.
Commission is 5% but we work based on full container shipping so depending on products ordered the minimum order value is around £16,000 with many deals coming in at significantly more.
You’ll also be provided with all the samples and marketing materials you need to convince your clients why we’re the go-to children’s educational toy company.
This opportunity is perfect for an experienced sales agent who has either worked in the toy market before or is currently selling non-competing products to retailers and is looking for a new challenge to get their teeth into.

AZ Toys has been producing high quality educational and entertaining toys for children for more than 25 years.
We manufacture a wide variety of high-quality, interactive toys, including tablets, smartphones, pianos, microphones, play mats, soft activity toys, smart pens, educational cards and bright puzzles. Designed for children aged 0 to 8, our toys inspire fun learning and spark curiosity. Sales executives will be responsible for promoting our range of products to UK retailers.

Competitive commission
5% on each deal closed. Minimum order is usually £16,000 as we ship on a full container basis. Commission negotiable with possible bonuses for the right agent.

The Target Market
We’re looking to grow our customer base in the UK and increase company revenues, targeting retailers, discounters, toy stores, convenience stores, garden centres and DIY stores, department stores and distributors.
Sales agents will be expected to generate their own quality leads, manage clients and grow our sales network in the UK and Ireland.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- Has great connections to retailers and distributors
- Has strong and proven working experience in sales
- Has an excellent understanding of the trends in the toy industry
- Is friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about sales
- Has good communication skills
