Wildfire Ecommerce Ltd is launching Spread Like Wildfire Store, (slwfstore.com) an ecommerce website that allows content creators to buy, finance and rent audiovisual equipment (cameras, microphones etc.). We are looking for sales agents to sell our range of recognisable brands like Sony and Fuji to the education market (universities and colleges) and the media sector (rental houses, media production companies, advertising agencies etc.)
The products our sales agents will be selling are items that can be used to create video content. Microphones, cameras, lenses, items of this nature.
The target market is media companies who work with audiovisual equipment (video production companies, broadcast tv networks, equipment hire, film production etc.) and also the education market (primarily universities).

We do not require you to have previous experience selling audiovisual equipment, however it would be great to have. Our ideal agent would be someone who fits in well with our tech startup-like company culture. Finding the right personality fit is important to us above all else. For previous sales experience, either experience selling audiovisual and photography equipment or prior history selling to the education market (or both!) would be ideal. Other relevant previous sales experience could include sales of electrical items, supply of computer & PC parts and experience with tenders.
We are building a web portal for our sales agents to use, in the meantime agents will be able to browse the website for prices. We will supply our agents with spreadsheets containing our stock, price list etc.
One thing Wildfire Ecommerce is as a company is flexible and open to new ideas. If you wish to discuss with us a specific solution to increase sales outside of media and education, we would be more than happy to hear your ideas.
We are a new company wishing to create a vibrant company culture, where our sales agents are well supported. We will be building up our lead generation activities to eventually supply our reps with leads. However, to start with we will need our reps to use their own contacts and intuition to make sales.
We are offering sales agents who apply to us via salesagents.uk exclusivity in agreed sales regions. We are looking to build a tight-knit team of sales agents, who feel just as much a part of this team as our core team. We are open to discussions about the duration of commission payments received. We are more than happy to pay commission on the same day of receiving sales, or we can structure it weekly, monthly or quarterly. It’s entirely up to you. As well as commission, we are looking to implement a bonus and incentive system for our sales agents. As the first sales agents to enter our team, you have a say in what these bonus and incentives look like.
