No Matter where you are located, and who you have within your network, there are outstanding opportunities to be found here, with 50% commission on the value of each order. As well as seeking freelance sales professionals, the team is actively seeking service provider consultative salespeople. These will earn daily or hourly consulting fees from facilitating workshops, and providing support and interventions during the customer’s initial journey with the BP2W programme.

With an uncommonly generous 50% commission per licence, this is a hugely lucrative opportunity. Licences are an average of £41 per year per employee. Most existing clients are companies with between 49 – 249 employees, although agents are free to pursue “bigger fish” within their networks. The average BP2W order value is £1,225. So sales agents would earn a commission of £612 for each deal of this size closed.

The ideal candidate

BP2W is looking for both consultative sales professionals and resellers. This is a great opportunity for those who love not only to sell but to lead, disseminate, and guide those within their network.

To excel in this position you will be:

  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and target driven. Preferably from a sales background but not essential.
  • Skilled at building relationships with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Capable of managing your own accounts and sales pipeline and pitching for sales opportunities at the highest levels of any company in the public or private sectors.
  • Able to identify prospects within your existing network who would benefit from BP2W’s solutions.
  • Experience in selling products and services to the HR / SMT community is advantageous but not essential.
  • Able to open new doors with new prospects.
