An Even Better Place to Work was designed and created by Shay McConnon, an internationally renowned motivational keynote speaker, and author of 17 books on personal development and leadership books.

Created 15 years ago, the concept/product has been sold and delivered as a business engagement tool, to around 335 companies worldwide mainly through a network of freelance partners.

An Even Better Place to Work is an online self-managed solution of measures, activities and resources to enable people to feel even more valued, open, engaged and happier at work. It is designed for everyone and will support team leaders in getting the best from their people, leading to higher levels of performance and productivity.

Now converted into a digital online system, BP2W is fully automatic and involves AI which take each licence of BP2W to go on a live journey from understanding where their own gaps are and their team overall to giving them solutions and resources [medicine] to improve their wellbeing and self-worth. The essential philosophy foundation to our programme is the understanding of an employee’s or a team leader’s needs.

We are offering 50% commission per licence (Licences are an average £41 per year per employee and we target companies between 49 – 249 employees), which offers a lucrative income.

Products

There are 2 x product pillars which can result in a number of other standalone products to be upsold within the breadth and depth of the BP2W programme.

Level 1 – the diagnostic business tool to gauge engagement of employees in their teams and to understand if individual needs are being met.

Level 2 – the delivery of resources that target the correct solutions to be introduced and monitored to decrease employee attrition and increase wellbeing, growth and therefore productivity and improved job satisfaction.

This cultural transformation can be easily monitored to see how engagement is improving within teams and wellbeing improved by continuing to utilise the level 1 diagnostic tool.

Our SME business model sits in between a classic product distribution route to market & a franchise model.

  • Sales and marketing support

    We will be offering a sales lead prospecting system which we ask the Re-seller or Service Provider to contribute on an annual basis. Participation is optional. BP2W has a multitude of different branded marketing templates and brochures/flyers which are all now digital. We also have a few multipage brochures which can be provided if the prospects does not wish to receive the digital version or you are attending network events. We also have a a range of hard copy engagement activity resources which you can charge out to your client, which are not available online. Additional revenue streams. Sales targets will be discussed and agreed after the 1st x 6 months - onboarding period. These minimum levels are set at an attainable level, and are a condition of your Agency Agreement to sell our Licences.

Our target market is massive. This product can be sold to any UK organisation or company in the public or private sector.

We know that your best return on your time and investment will be selling to organisations that have between 49 to 249 employees. You can also add the larger companies above 250 employees.

The above market analysis is only the private sector organisations. There are another 5.7million employees in the Public sector to go for!

Our growth target over the next 3 years is 5% of the available market [public & private] in the UK.  That is why we are confident that your income opportunities are considerable – if you are prepared to put the work in.

FYI: Our average licence selling price per employee = £41/employee /year.

The beauty of working with this system for a certain time frame is that the ROI for the organisation can clearly be calculated, so the system will start paying for itself within a very short timeframe if Level 1 and level 2 product are fully deployed and measured.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for 2 types of sales partners to help us grow aggressively:

The Service Provider consultative sales type [which is what we have now] who is also as interested to earn day/hourly consulting fees from training and facilitating workshops, support and interventions during the customers initial journey with the BP2W programme.

We also wish to work with motivated freelance sales-people who share our common business purpose and values. We hope that you may have complementary products or services selling into the HR or SMT community, but this is not a pre-requisite.

There are 2 levels of reseller types to choose from.  Sole distribution [only selling BP”W products] and multiproduct [you already have a number of management tools in your sales tool bag].
