Sales agents will be selling a complete winter maintenance package to potential clients. Gritting, Snow Clearing and Forecast Services. We manage the complete safety of our client’s premises’ outside spaces keeping them ice and snow free between October and April UK wide.
We monitor daily forecasts from our central control room. These are specific for our locations – if ice or snow is forecast at a site, we attend and grit or snow clear using our specialist trained local teams.
We aim to not only meet our SLAs but to exceed them. Winter Service industry in the UK is worth around £200m per year and sales agents will be selling a service that can beat the competition on price – value – and delivery.
Any commercial premises with outside space are a potential customer. Businesses have a duty of care to protect the public, visitors, customers, and staff and our services ensure they meet their responsibility and also keep their business running through the winter months.

Plus, Public Sector prospects, Government and NHS premises, Education establishments. Facilities Management Sector, Retail, Business Parks, Industrial Estates, Supply Chain, and anywhere the Highways Maintenance trucks don’t deliver there are opportunities for sales agents to sell the AccuGrit service.
The ideal sales agents will have relevant sales experience and the ability to close sales in an honest and ethical manner. It is expected that agents will be organised, self motivated, and keep up to date records on our CRM software.
You will be contacting potential clients via email and telephone, so good written and verbal communication is essential and basic computer skills are required.
Sales Agents can be located anywhere in the UK and must have a good internet connection.
In return for sales of our services we offer an excellent commission scheme with the opportunity for repeat business, which can build into a substantial income stream.
Typical commission earnings for a contract for an area equal to a small car park: £250 to £500
Typical commission for a large factory, retail outlet car park, commercial premises area: £2k to £5k.
Plus renewal commission at end of season.
Excellent earning opportunities, especially for sales agents with connections with multiple sites or decision makers in Facilities Management companies.
Some prospects may have their own staff gritting and snow clearing, e.g. large factory sites. We are also able to offer equipment sales only giving agents another income stream with 5% on sales which are typically between £500 to £40K for multiple units.
