Currently in growth mode, and actively looking to build upon the current 12m USD t/o in the UK, we are now seeking sales agents capable of communicating at all levels and confidently dealing with high volume and high value contracts.
ET2C International currently support well known UK retailers and wholesalers, our client’s names cannot be publicly disclosed.
The product categories currently covered include: Garden, Home Furnishings, Footwear, Clothing, Pet, Industrial, plus many others such as castings and sheet fabrication.
The Product – ET2C Services
Sales Agents need to have a consultative approach and be able to discover client’s pain-points and present the benefits the ET2C services can provide.
You will not be selling a physical product, you will be selling a solution. Many UK businesses can benefit from sourcing products from Asia; benefits include quality and cost. ET2C International makes sourcing from Asia simple, we use our experience and network of connections to overcome the barriers to foreign sourcing for UK businesses.
The target company size of potential clients is circa 5m GBP t/o – We do also work with and support start-ups if we can see true potential and saleability in their products.
Information for Potential Sales Agents
Sales Agents can work on a UK wide basis in their specific industry sector or category. Ideally, the agents will have experience in specific sectors, eg, Garden, Footwear, Clothing, and will have strong contacts and connections in decision making positions.
The Sales Process
- The Agent is responsible for finding and creating opportunities.
- The Agent submits client RFQ to the BDM team in Shanghai who will work with sourcing teams to create a quotation.
- The Agent presents the quotation to the client.
- The client places a PO and the BDM team follow the order through to shipment.
- Once full funds have been received, the Agent will receive their commission.
An uncapped commission of 3% is paid on sales value. This is based on large value, high-volume orders and will equate to a very lucrative payment to successful sales agents.
One of our Sales Agents working in the Industrial sector has a client that will deliver 3m USD in revenue for 2019. The Agent will receive 90,000 USD in commission from this one client alone in 2019. You now have the opportunity to earn the same and more.
All required marketing support is given. Full training is provided, and the UK Sales Director will visit each Agent and support with meetings in the primary stages. Agents will also be assigned a BDM in Shanghai to further support and help them achieve success.
