The Company

Wetheralds have been providing building services to homeowners and businesses for over 100 years. In 2008 Wetheralds Roof Systems was formed in response to a growing demand from customers to convert existing conservatory roofs into lightweight tiled roofs. We developed a replacement conservatory roof system, all-wether®, to combat many of the problems associated with existing conservatory roofs and to provide an alternative for new customers.

The Product

The Wetheralds all-wether® Insulated Conservatory Roof System replaces existing conservatory polycarbonate or glass conservatory roofs with a custom made, fully insulated, light weight tiled roof. It can also be sold to builders and conservatory retailers as an option on new installations.

The all-wether® conservatory roof system is available in aluminium or timber, and as a custom roof which ensures there is a solution for all conservatories. The all-wether® roof system is unique and offers many benefits for sales agents to present to both B2C and B2B customers.

A solid roof means a conservatory can be used 365 days of the year, so a seldom used conservatory becomes an additional room.

With an all-wether®  roof system conservatory temperatures can be 90% warmer in winter and 70% cooler in summer, reducing energy costs and making it comfortable all year round.

A solid roof gives options for customising include: lighting, Velux windows, and log burners. Externally customers can choose guttering/soffits and fascias, and a range of tiles or slates.

The Target Markets

Sales agents can maximise their selling time and their earnings by targeting both B2C domestic customers and B2B sales partners.

B2C domestic markets – Sell directly to home owners to replace traditional conservatory roofs and transform seldom used spaces into comfortable additional rooms.

The Sales Agent Opportunity

The ideal sales agents will have experience of selling a similar product or working within a related sector, e.g. building, construction, or home improvement.

We are seeking professional agents that have the ability and flexibility to sell to both B2C and B2B markets.

Sales areas are available in: Midlands, South West, North East, Yorkshire, North West, and Wales.

There is an excellent commission package, which includes reward for all sales on the agent’s designated sales area and for repeat business to B2B partners.
